claiming that the certificates of deposit owned by Donald Sensintaffar passed to Donna Sensintaffar upon his death and thereafter, upon her death, passed to her estate. The record further reveals that in October 1992, the estate of Donna Sensintaf-far paid Judge Ravens $13,031 for his services in representing the estate. It is clear from the record that Judge Ravens did not represent Mary Bartholome in three separate cases, as John Fay and Robin Farms allege. All three instances cited by them relate to his work as the attorney for the estate of Donna Sensintaffar between January 2, 1991, and October 22, 1992, approximately four years before John and Karen Fay and Harlow Fay filed their original petition in this case.
