We also find that there is competent and substantial evidence upon the whole record to support the MCHR's award of actual damages in the amount of $5,000 for the deprivation of civil rights and for emotional distress and humiliation and to support the MCHR's order for Appellants to pay a civil penalty in the amount of $2,000. We affirm the judgment of the circuit court. James M. Dowd, C. J., concurs. Lisa S. Van Amburg, J., concurs.
