There is certainly no hint that the formation of the corporation was effectuated for fraudulent purposes, and the plaintiff has never claimed as much. The plaintiff has not come forward with any proof that the existence of the corporation was "used” for perpetuating fraud or wrong. This term implies that the proof must consist of evidence that the individual knew of the "fraud or wrong” and thereafter took refuge behind the corporate veil in order to avoid personal liability. Nothing of the sort has been demonstrated. 19
