In bold print, the clause stated that the tenant had "made a thorough inspection of the premises,” including “the condition of all of the floors, walls, ceilings”; that the tenant had "found such floors, walls and ceilings without defect, cracks or holes”; and that the tenant had “not found any other condition which requires any repair.” 8
