655 charsIt is to be here noted that this lease, containing-■this provision for its assignment, was executed in March, 1928, at a time when, as said by appellee, “the post-war prosperity was at its height, and nothing had. occurred to forecast the market crash that took place in October, 1929. The resulting collapse of real estate and rental values had not been dreamed of.'
