421 charsThe Appellants contend that the trial court erred in granting attorneys’ fees and costs to Rite Aid in the supplemental judgment. They based this claim on the premise that the partial summary judgment was in error. We have upheld the .summary judgment, and thus, the award of attorneys’ fees and costs is proper under the contractual agreement between the' parties.
