In sum, White/Reach and Reach never established that Rite .Aid breached- any specific provision of any written contract. Moreover,. Rite Aid did establish that White Reach failed to give notice of nonperformance as required under Section 25(a) of the Lease; ,White/Reach did not timely inform the Bank of Rite Aid’s offer or its amount to purchase the Lot; .and, White/Reach never constructed a building on the Lot before or after the final opportunity to cure. These factors are fatal to the Appellants’ third-party complaint, and the.trial court properly dismissed it. . Promissory Estoppel
