Meanwhile, Rite'Aid was unaware.that the Bank had agreed to reléase the mortgage to White/Reach for $2.2 to $2.3'mil-lion in early .2010. In fact, during the thirteen months that the funds were in escrow, White/Reach never informed the Bank of the amount of the offer nor the amount in escrow. The Bank only learned about the amount of Rite Aid’s offer in June 2011, well after the June 2010 closing date in the Purchase Agreement. Significantly, the Appellants do not argue the Bank knew it before then. .
