CLAYTON, JUDGE:
White/Reach Brannon Rd., LLC (“White/Reach") and K. Stephen Reach (collectively, the “Appellants”) appeal both the October 8, 2013 Jessamine Circuit Court order that granted partial summary judgment to Rite Aid of Kentucky, Inc. *633(“Rite Aid”), a third-party defendant and now Appellee, and also the October 28, 2013 supplemental judgment granting attorneys’ fees, expenses, and court costs of $102,200.36 to Rite Aid. After careful consideration of the record and the legal arguments, we affirm. BACKGROUND
