¶20 The trial court properly exercised its discretion when reviewing the new evidence Martini presented on reconsideration. Post suffered no prejudice from the trial court’s consideration of the additional evidence because Post was previously aware of the evidence and of Martini’s theory of Abson’s cause of death. It was within the trial court’s discretion to consider this additional evidence. Thus, we hold that the trial court’s decision to review the new evidence was not manifestly unreasonable. 2.
