(7) At the Town's sole discretion, all Permits may be reviewed at any time. Following the
issuance of a Permit, if the permitted Residential Rental Property does not meet the
criteria established for the Permit issued, the Permit may be suspended and/or revoked in
accordance with Section M.2.c below.
(8) All Permits shall be valid for a period beginning on July 1 and ending on June 30,
regardless of when a Permit is applied for or approved and issued. No reduction shall be
made for fractional yearly Permits.
H. Fees
(1) All fees, including, but not limited to, the Residential Rental Permit Fee, Initial
Inspection Fee, Renewal Inspection Fee, Re-Inspection fee, Complaint Inspection Fee,
Appeal Administrative Fee, Transfer of Permit Fee, and Permit Renewal Late Fee, shall
be initially determined by the Town Council and amended, as needed, by the Board of
License Commissioners.
(2) Transfer of Complaint Inspection Fees. No Owner or Person-in-Charge shall transfer or
attempt to transfer fees imposed for complaint inspections to the tenant making the
complaint unless the Owner or Owner's legal agent was not given a reasonable
opportunity to repair the violation prior to the complaint or the tenant was responsible for
the violation which gave rise to the complaint.
