(2) The Principal Code Official may issue a Residential Rental Permit to the applicant within
thirty (30) days upon proof that all of the following requirements have been satisfied:
a. A complete application for a Residential Rental Permit has been submitted;
b. All requirements for a Residential Rental Permit in Section I of this Bylaw, including
passing an Inspection within the applicable time frame, have been met;
c. Zoning use permit has been issued for the purpose for which it will be used;

d. The structure complies with the provisions of this Bylaw and all other applicable
codes and/or Bylaws;
e. The correct Residential Rental Permit fee has been submitted and all outstanding fees,
penalties, and fines, if any, have been paid.
(3) Permit Denial
A Residential Rental Permit Application for a Property will be denied and a Permit will
not be issued if:
a. The Property fails to comply with all applicable requirements of this Bylaw;
b. The application is incomplete; or
c. A Residential Rental Permit for the applicable Property is currently subject to a
suspension or revocation order.
(4) Conditional Permit
a. A Residential Rental Property that has been scheduled for an initial or renewal
inspection that has not yet occurred, but has complied with all other requirements of
Section G.2. above, may be issued a Conditional Permit. The Conditional Permit shall
specify the duration of the Conditional Permit and the time frame during which the
inspection shall take place.
