d. Whether the Property will be rented for Short-Term Rentals, and if so, proof that the
subject Residential Rental Property has been properly registered with the

Commonwealth of Massachusetts for Short-Term Rentals and payment of applicable
taxes.
e. Additional information concerning each Residential Rental Property as set forth in
Regulations adopted under this Bylaw.
(2) Application Process
a. Applications for all types of Residential Rental Permits under Section G, Issuance or
Denial below shall be submitted to the Principal Code Official on forms provided by
the Town.
b. The Property Owner must certify to the accuracy of the information that they provide
in the Residential Rental Permit application.
c. The Residential Rental Property Owner or their agent must submit the completed
Permit application to the Town, as specified in the Application. Applications shall be
filled out completely and accurately. The Permit shall not be issued or renewed if an
application does not contain all required information.
d. The Residential Rental Property Owner or their agent shall inform the Town of any
change concerning the information pertaining to Sections F.1.a or b contained in the
Permit Application within ten (10) days of such change.
G. Issuance or denial
(1) A separate Residential Rental Permit may be issued for Residential Rental Property on a
parcel of land, noting the number of buildings and Dwelling Units included in each
Permit. Such Permits shall cover all Dwelling Units and Rooming Units on the parcel. On
a parcel containing attached but individually owned Dwelling Units, or any other
Dwelling Units which may be separately conveyed, the Principal Code Official may issue
separate Permits for each Dwelling Unit.
