a. Upon receipt of the Notice of a Public Nuisance Violation and Designation as a
Nuisance Property, the following shall occur:

1. Within five days of the date of the Notice, the Owner(s) or designee shall contact
the enforcing authority to schedule a meeting to discuss the Property and discuss a
Corrective Action Plan to address the issues at the Property.

2. Within 10 days of the date of the Notice, the Owner or designee shall submit a
Corrective Action Plan to the enforcing authority, which shall indicate the ways
the Owner intends to take control of the Property so that it does not accumulate
more violations.

3. Within 14 days of the date of the Notice, the enforcing authority and Owner shall
meet to review the Corrective Action Plan.

4. At that meeting, the enforcing authority will provide the Property Owner either:

implementation; or

(b) A written list of deficiencies in the Corrective Action Plan that need to be

Plan must be submitted to the Town, and a date for the next meeting. All
subsequent reviews will follow this procedure.

b. Once the Corrective Action Plan is approved by the enforcing authority, the
