Offenses).
(b) Possession or consumption of Alcohol by an Underage Person or furnishing
Alcohol to an Underage Person, M.G.L. Ch. 138, Secs. 34 and 34c.

General Bylaws
Effective June 15, 2026
(i) This section shall not apply to conduct involving the use of Alcoholic
Beverages that occurs exclusively between an Underage Person and a
parent or legal guardian as set forth in M.G.L. Ch. 138, Sec. 34.
(ii) This section shall not apply to any Massachusetts Alcoholic Beverages
Control Commission licensee at any Property regulated by the
Massachusetts Alcoholic Beverage Control Commission.

(a) Obstruction of Public Ways and Snow and Ice Removal, Sec. 3.40.
(b) Regulations Relating to Animals, Sec. 3.21.
(c) Junked Vehicles, Sec. 3.42.
(d) Unlawful Noise, Sec. 3.24 or M.G.L. Ch. 272, Sec. 53.
(e) Littering and Illegal Dumping, Sec. 3.16.
(f) Refuse Collection and Recyclable Materials, Sec. 3.33.
b. Gatherings that cause unreasonable disturbances.
D. Nuisance Property Designation. Upon provision of notice of a third violation of this Bylaw
in a 1-year period measured from the date of the first violation in connection with a specific
Property, the Property shall be deemed, by operation of law, to be a Nuisance Property.
E. Persons Liable. The following persons shall be jointly and severally liable for penalties
when a violation of this Bylaw occurs in connection with a Property:
