G. Notification and Nuisance Property Correction Process.
1. First and Second violations. On the first and second violation within a 1-year period,
Notice of Violation of a Public Nuisance shall be delivered to all Occupants, Property
Owners, and Persons-in-Charge, advising them that a third violation on the same Property
within a 1-year period, as measured from the date of the first violation, will result in
liability of the Owner and Persons-In-Charge for all penalties associated with the
violation as more particularly described below. Compliance with this Section may be
attained by email, Certified Mail, and/or posting the Notice on the Property.
2. Third and all Subsequent Violations. On the third violation and all subsequent violations
within a 1-year period measured from the date of the first violation, Notice of a Public
Nuisance Violation and Designation as a Nuisance Property shall be delivered to all
Occupants, Owners, and Persons-In-Charge. Compliance with this Section may be
attained by email, Certified Mail, and/or posting the Notice on the Property. The Notice
shall include the following:
a. The Property has been designated a Nuisance Property.
b. The Owners and Persons-in-Charge are liable for all subsequent violations of the
Nuisance Property bylaw at the Property if, within the required timeframe, a meeting
with the enforcing authority is not scheduled, a Corrective Action Plan is not
submitted, or the Corrective Action Plan is not implemented.

c. Each day or portion thereof that a violation of this Bylaw exists beyond the
Corrective Action Plan’s timeframe shall constitute a separate offense. If more than
one provision of this Bylaw is violated, each provision violated shall constitute a
separate offense.
