a glebe lot was conveyed “as long as water runs and grass grows” and the consideration was the grantee’s promissory note payable on or before 100 years after date, with interest annually, and the grantee gave a mortgage upon the lot and upon another lot to secure its payment. No right of reentry is mentioned. Here, again the estate described was a fee simple absolute. In Bush v. Whitney,
