all such lands as have been already granted and reserved by the authority of this state, for the use and benefit of a College, or for the use or benefit of a seminary or College.” This act also repeals section 1, Acts of 1802, above mentioned. Acts 1810, Ch. 83, § 8. The significant thing in this act is the word “forever,” which, in connection with the repeal of section 1 of the Acts of 1802,. renders the grant to the University irrevocable. *246
