Thus if the evidence demonstrated that the balcony railing was in an unreasonably dangerous condition when it collapsed and caused Erri-eo to fall and that defendants knew or should have known about that condition and yet failed to take corrective action, then a jury was entitled to conclude that defendants had breached their duty of care to Errico.
