353 charsThe defendant was also found to be in violation of §§ 19a-87b-6 (first aid certificate requirement), 19a-87b-7 (medical forms and tuberculosis tests for children in home) and other portions of 19a-87b-9 (unlocked pool gates, unsafe jungle gym, unsafe railings) of the Regulations of Connecticut State Agencies. All violations have since been remedied. 2
