439 charsThe defendant does not dispute that she failed to pay the full amount of rent for the months of August, October and December, 2007. Rather, she argues that she legitimately believed she was entitled to withhold rent on account of the plaintiffs failure to fulfill his obligations to her under the separation agreement.
