293 charsThe defendant maintains that the evidence presented to the commissioner fails to satisfy the standards established in Ford v. Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Connecticut, Inc., 216 Conn. 40, 54, 578 A.2d 1054 (1990), for proof of a retaliatory discharge in violation of § 31-290a (a). We disagree.
