The letter of credit shall provide that it shall be renewed annually with a final expiration date 60 days beyond the scheduled Termination Date unless the issuing bank provides written notice to Landlord that it is not being renewed, in which case Landlord shall have the right to draw down the letter of credit and hold, apply and return such proceeds in accordance with Section 6.A.
