Appellant contended in its petition that the Board “proceeded in excess of jurisdiction and/or authority” and “failed to proceed in the manner required by law”; that its “decision is not supported by the findings”; and that “the findings are not supported by the evidence.” In its prayer for relief it sought reversal of the Board’s decisions with respect to specific petitions.
