384 charsSince neither party has supplied a complete transcript of the proceedings below, this court must rely on the trial court’s findings of fact. The trial court made two key factual findings: (1) petitioner’s eviction was caused by her complaint to the police; and (2) the complaint to the police also caused “a breakdown of the parties’ ability to live peacefully in the same community.”
