410 charsAfter trial, the court issued the following findings of fact: (1) “[t]his eviction of the defendant by the plaintiff was caused by the complaint of the defendant against the plaintiff to the police,” and (2) “[t]he pending criminal trial against the plaintiff which was the result of defendant’s complaint to the police led to a breakdown of the parties’ ability to live peacefully in the same community.” *248
