Order to Correct and ContemptIn his amended answer, respondent counterclaims for an order to correct alleged "conditions" that exist in the premises, to wit, "[b]ased upon the conditions set forth above, [r]espondent is further entitled to an Order from this Court, pursuant to the provisions of NYC Civil Court Act §110 (c), directing Petitioner to correct the aforesaid conditions."
