The trial court determined that pursuant to the Stipulation, Litke had the right to temporarily repossess the apartment for a period not to exceed 90 days in order to make needed repairs, but upon expiration of that time, the Chacons retained the statutory right under section 37.9, subdivision (a)(ll), to reoccupy the premises.
