688 charsSeveral commentators have noted the inconsistency between the SEC’s position in the above release and the decision by the Court of Appeals in this case, which the SEC now supports. Rev. 639, 654-655 (1975); Note, supra, n. 20, at 628. In view of this unexplained contradiction in the Commission’s position we accord no special weight to its views. See Reliance Electric Co. v.
