492 charsAll monies collected by the City as fees and civil penalties for violation(s) of this article and revenue collected pursuant to the special assessment pursuant to this article shall be deposited into a special fund. This special fund shall be called the Anti-Blight Special Fund. The purpose of this fund is to provide a source of funds to be used for all associated costs in securing, remediating, and remedying blight and enforcing the Anti-Blight and Property-Maintenance Program.
