431 charsThe Division of Blight Remediation may issue a citation against the owner(s) assessing a civil penalty of not more than one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) for each day that a violation continues at an occupied property, or two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) for each day that a violation continues at a vacant property, or the maximum authorized by G.S. § 7-148(c)(7)(H)(xv) or other state statutes or the Municipal Code.
