Inspections . The Director of Blight Remediation, or any designee(s) thereof, may initiate inspections
 and investigations and shall receive information and complaints concerning blight
 violations of the provisions of this article. The Division of Blight Remediation shall
 maintain written status reports indicating the number of complaints, violations identified,
 active and closed cases, and other information as requested by the Mayor, the Court
 of Common Council, or the Blight Review Action Committee. (c)
