340 charsThe next issue is whether one joint owner of real estate can, by separate agreement, burden the interest of the other owners in the same tract of land. Ordinarily the answer is no; however, as the trial court found, and the appellee urges us to adopt, it can be ratified by failure to object and application of the doctrine of acquiescence.
