In addition to the three questions above outlined, the appellant Miles has raised questions regarding certain procedural and evidentiary error committed by the Jefferson Circuit Court, and the appellant Commonwealth of Kentucky, ex rel. Steven L. Beshear, Attorney General, has raised the question regarding the landlord’s standing to challenge the constitutionality of the URLTA.
