300 charsOn July 16, 1982, the Court of Appeals rendered an opinion on the consolidated appeals. In that opinion, the Court of Appeals held that the URLTA is unconstitutional, that no implied warranty of habitability is recognized within the Commonwealth, and that the Consumer Protection Act is inapplicable.
