¶1 Hagglund Family Limited Partnership; the Salvation Army; PCF Management Services Inc.; and Emerald Properties LLC, d/b/a Seashore Villa Mobile Home Park (collectively Park) appeal the trial court’s issuance of a permanent injunction enjoining the Park from transferring to its tenants the responsibility of maintaining the carports and storage sheds the park owner constructed on its tenants’ lots. The injunction also enjoins the Park from removing the carports or storage sheds without the tenants’ uncoerced, written consent. The Park argues that the trial court erred in ruling that (1) it had violated RCW 59.20.135 1
