*222This paragraph, found under the heading, “Parties to this Agreement,” appears to have at least three purposes. First, in a technical sense, it recognizes that each resident of the development has an ownership interest in the development. Second, it notifies new residents of the existence of a “community” that contains both the development’s residents and its owners, and appears to put the residents and the owners on a more equal footing than the typical landlord and tenant. Third, it balances the elevated status of the development’s residents with a broad reciprocal duty of each resident to protect the interests of the community.
