607 charsAlthough the relationship between Owner and Resident at Northgate/Greenfield Apartments (“Northgate”) is that of Landlord and Resident, the Resident understands that the Residents at Northgate, through the Northgate/Greenfield Residents’ Association (the “Residents’ Association”) have substantial say in the management of Northgate, and that the Residents’ Association is a part owner of the Managing General Partner (“Northgate Housing, Inc.”) of the Partnership which owns Northgate. The Residents’ Association also has the right to elect a number of the Directors to the Board of Northgate Housing, Inc.
