366 chars¶ 2. We review the trial court’s grant of summary judgment de novo, applying the same standard as the trial court. Hardwick Recycling & Salvage, Inc. v. Acadia Ins. Co., 2004 VT 124, ¶ 14, 177 Vt. 421, 869 A.2d 82. Summary judgment is appropriate where the undisputed facts demonstrate that either party is entitled to judgment as a matter of law. V.R.C.P. 56(c)(3).
