321 chars¶ 13. For all the foregoing reasons, we conclude on the undisputed facts in this record that tenants are not implied coinsureds under landlord’s fire insurance policy. Accordingly, we affirm the superior court’s grant of summary judgment for insurer and its denial of tenants’ cross-motion for summary judgment. Affirmed.
