451 charsIn the instant case, plaintiffs allegations arose out of the same occurrence that formed the basis for the District Court action, namely, plaintiffs failure to pay rent. The plaintiffs allegations did not require the presence of any third parties over whom that court could not have acquired jurisdiction. Therefore, any allegations made by plaintiff in the Superior Court that were not raised in the District Court amount to compulsory counterclaims.
