348 charsAt a hearing on November 17, 1997, the trial justice ruled that her jurisdiction was limited to the injunctive relief requested, which she had already denied, and noted that she would not act “as an appellate court for the eviction[.]” The trial justice granted defendant’s motion to dismiss, and plaintiff filed the notice of appeal now before us.
