535 charsOn September 15, 1997, plaintiff filed a complaint in the Superior Court seeking damages for extortion and retaliation. He also filed a motion for a temporary restraining order to prevent defendants from taking “any further action beyond the action taken on 9-11-97 in the unlawful eviction[.]” Presumably, plaintiff sought the temporary restraining order to prevent defendants from removing his trailer from Mobile Village.
