Initially, because the court did not find that Zhang possessed actual authority to act on behalf of PP Door, we review only the court’s finding of apparent authority. “Whether apparent authority exists is a question of fact, requiring the trier of fact to evaluate the parties’ conduct in light of the attenuating circumstances. . . .
