354 charsThe plaintiffs contend that the court erred in (1) awarding them the insufficient amount of $3000 in punitive damages, (2) denying their motion for a posttrial hearing on the appropriate amount of punitive damages and (3) denying their request for posttrial discovery on the defendants’ financial background.
