333 charsBecause the complaint alleged an unfair trade practice at 276 Farmington Avenue, the relevant inquiry is whether the plaintiff had a business relationship with the defendants with respect to that property. The plaintiffs lease of the neighboring apartment, itself, does not establish such a business relationship with the defendants.
