The court granted the defendants’ motion for summary judgment because the plaintiff failed to allege an unfair trade practice, as she was neither a tenant of the premises where the alleged CUTPA violation occurred, nor a third party beneficiary of McNelly’s lease. We agree and conclude that the plaintiff failed to allege a cognizable claim under CUTPA.
