328 charsThe judgment is reversed, and the case is remanded to the Housing Court judge to enter a new judgment awarding the plaintiff a recovery of three months’ rent under § 14 and one month’s rent under § 18, for a total recovery of $1,360 in damages, and to redetermine an appropriate award of costs and attorney’s fees. So ordered. 2
