“All the earnings, patents and other assets of said Garrett should have become the property of your corporation. All the benefits therefrom should be returned to your corporation. Past avails of said benefits should be accounted for to your corporation, and all future benefits made payable to your corporation. My client, therefore, demands that your corporation confirm the facts stated above, and for the purpose of recovering all properties and benefits belonging to it, investigate such additional details and other factors as may be appropriate in connection with the foregoing, and institute appropriate legal action to compel recovery against all persons and corporations who have improperly benefited at the expense of your corporation and its stockholders.
