Both AIMCO and plaintiffs have requested us to take judicial notice of documents filed in the unlawful detainer proceedings. We take judicial notice of those documents. (Evid. Code, § 452, subd. (d)(1) [records of any court of this state may be judicially noticed]; Evid. Code, § 453 [judicial notice shall be taken of any matter specified in section 452 if the party requesting judicial notice (1) provides notice to the adverse party, and (2) furnishes the court with sufficient information to enable it to take judicial notice].) 10 Code of Civil Procedure section 1085. 11
